My main interest is the structural interpretation of low resolution or sparse  experimental data. Since such limited structural information usually does not provide enough restraints to fully solve a structure, the objective in this case is to combine structure prediction methods with the data to be able to determine structures even at low resolution. The focus is on crystallographic diffraction data and density maps obtained from electron cryomicroscopy.
